The Post-Game Reports are set up and managed in Scheduling. To manage the default Post-Game Report template, from the navigation select Programs > choose your program and season > Scheduling > Forms. In the Forms drop-down menu, choose Post-Game Report. A system-generated Post-Game Report will display.
Default Values
The following data points are available on the template:
Game Information:
Competition & Season: Name of competition and season the game and teams are in
Seasonal Grouping: The grouping teams are placed in for the season
Game Number: Number assigned to the match being played.
Game Date & Time: Scheduled date and time for the game.
Game Location: Location and surface of where is to be played.
Home/Away Team Game Scores: Number of points scored by the home team/away team during the game. Options to identify goal scorers include either selecting the player from the roster with a drop-down menu or identifying goal scorers by writing in their name.
You can also bypass identifying the goal scorers by choosing "None". If selecting this option, the goal scorers' fields will not display to users, and only the team score will be required for submission.
Home/Away Player Infractions: Include any infractions and reasons for home/ away players. Infractions and reasons will be generated from a system-defaulted list and vary by sport. This list can be seen by going to Schedules >Settings > Disciplinary. Players can be identified from the roster with a drop-down menu or identified by writing in their names.
Home/Away Staff Infractions: Include any infractions and reasons for home/ away staff members. Infractions and reasons will be generated from a system-defaulted list and vary by sport. This list can be seen by going to Schedules >Settings > Disciplinary. Staff members can be identified from the roster with a drop-down menu or identified by writing in their names.
Home/Away Game Recap: Option to include any further context or details about events during the game.
