View and Pay Past Due Payments

When a Household Admin visits their Registration Order History page or views their order via the mobile app, any order that has a past due payment will be marked with a red ‘Past Due’ label. Users can then click on the order and view the details then select the ‘Pay Now’ button to enter a payment method for the past due order. Once a payment has been made and the order is no longer considered past due, the “Past Due’ label will no longer be displayed.

Viewing Orders via the Household Order History page

  1. Log in to your organization's registration portal. If you need the registration portal link/URL, please contact the organization you are registered with.

  2. Click My Account to expand the options.

  3. Click on the Household tab under the My Account section of the main dashboard.

  4. Click on the View Registration Order History link.

  5. On the left side of the Order History tab, click on the order with the Past Due label.

  6. Click the Pay Now button to enter payment information and submit your payment.

  7. Once a payment has been made and the order is no longer considered past due, the 'Past Due’ label will no longer be displayed.

Viewing Orders via the Mobile App

Once logged into the mobile, a red banner will display on the home screen if any past-due orders exist. Tap Resolve Now to be taken directly to the order with the past due payment.


Users can also view all their past due orders by navigating to their My Account section > tapping on their Household Name (a red ! indicator will display for past due orders). Past due orders will display towards the top of the screen above the list of Household Members.
