Updated over a month ago

Enter scores. There are multiple ways to enter scores for your tournament. Pick the best option for you.

  • Option 1: PhoneItIn Mobile site (great for team admins reporting scores from the field): Enter scores right from the field! You can access the PhoneItIn mobile option by navigating to www.yourdomain/phoneitin. Enter the game number and event PIN enter scores. The schedule/standings on your website will update automatically!

  • Option 2: Edit all blank scores (good for Site Admins looking to update all scores at once): Navigate to Elements -> Scheduling Admin. Under Audit Reports, click the "Edit all blank scores" link. Enter all scores and save. The schedule and standings posted publicly will update automatically.

  • Option 3: Scorekeeping and Team Advance (good option for Site Admins looking to enter scores and advance teams to the next round): This link is found on the Scheduling Administration page under the column called, Audit Reports. When you click on this link, choose an age group. At the bottom of the page will be all divisions associated with that age. Click on the number of games for that division on a particular day and games will load up along with the standings. Enter the score for each game along with a scorekeeper remark (optional) and a special result (also optional). Click Save when you are satisfied with the results. This option also lets you select the teams moving on to the playoff games.

  • Option 3: Enter scores for one division at a time (good for tournaments and/or Division Managers): The best way, if you will be entering scores throughout the day, is to go to any division's schedule in admin mode. Click on the time for the game (again, in admin mode). Click the link, Edit All Scores This Page to modify all the scores for all the games on this page at once. Or you can click on Edit All Blank Scores, and modify all blank scores for all games on the page at the same time.

  • Option 4: Enter a score for a single game: Navigate to any game in edit mode. Click "edit" any individual game to edit the score just for that one game.
