All teams in the playoffs or for championship games can be changed manually or semi-automatically. If you want the system to assist you with changing the teams, please look up the solution called Scorekeeping and Team Advance - semi automatically place teams into playoff games. If you want to update the playoff games manually, then there are two options available.
Option 1 - one game at a time:
Click on Elements from Admin Home
Choose Scheduling Administration
Click on the appropriate age group (or click all)
Click on the number of games under LIST GAMES for the age group whose playoff game teams need to be modified. (Ex. U10 Girls)
Click the green Edit button to the left of the game.
Change Team 1 and Team 2 from the drop-down. Make sure that your playoff games do NOT count in the standings.
Save your changes.
Option 2 - an entire division at a time:
Click on Elements from Admin Home
Choose Scheduling Administration
Click on the appropriate age group (or click all)
Click on the number of games under LIST GAMES for the age group whose playoff game teams need to be modified. (Ex. U10 Girls)
Click the link, Edit All Teams (in the green box under the Standings)
Change the home and away teams for all playoff games (or for the ones that need changing).
Save your changes.
