Within Programs > Participant Reg > select Team Staff. Choose On/Off to enable the team staffing setting for the program/season. If yes, the team staffing setting will be displayed on the screen.
Select On/Off for the following options:
Require Email Address (Recommend setting to βOnβ)
Require Gender
Require Date of Birth
Coaching License Options - Data Collection
Data Collection is added under Dashboard >Data Reporting & Management >Data Mgmt Settings tab > Manage Coaching License Values
If the option is toggled on and values are added, they will show as a required question in Step 2.3 of the Registration process
Note: If the option is toggled on, there are no values; volunteers cannot continue with the Registration.
Click on Edit Roles to include/ exclude the desired roles for the season. If new/custom roles need to be added, revisit the Registration Settings > Volunteer/Team Staff Roles area. Note: Only team staff members with the role of coach, assistant coach, and team Manager will sync to the state association.
Manage Default Team Staff Registration Status to Approved or Under Review. When team staff registrations are received, select a default status for their registrations.
Click on Edit Fee to include opt-out fees (if applicable) If new opt-out fees need to be added, revisit the Registration Settings > Volunteer Opt-Out Fees area.
Click on Edit Message to customize the volunteer/team staff message seen during the registration process.
Customize the Team Staff/Volunteer Form to collect any additional information you need. The seasonal team staff form creator will use the same editing functionality as described above for the player form. Note: You do NOT need to collect any of the Risk Management data on the seasonal team staff form. The Risk Management process will be initiated when the team staff member syncs with the state association.
