In order to capture additional game details (i.e., Location/Field Conditions or Sportsmanship Info) as needed by your organization, the default templates for Post-Game and Referee Game Reports can be modified directly with the Schedules product.
To create an addendum to the existing default game report templates, follow the steps below:
Click Add Section and choose Blank Section to add a new section to the form.
Click the mini menu to edit the section with options that include:
Editing the section title
Removing the section entirely
Adding new items to the section. Adding items will include standard options of text inputs, multiple choice, checkboxes, or memo text.
