This system report allows admins to compare participant and volunteer registrations between two seasons.
1. To access the report, from the navigation select Reports > Registrations > Participant Reg > Compare Seasonal Registrations.
Within the report interface, select your parameters for the report:
Select if you are comparing Participant or Volunteer Registrations.
If you want to include participants who have registered for both selected seasons, or for participants who have registered for one season but not another.
Select the Program and Seasons you are comparing.
Click Run Report to view and export the data as needed.
The results will contain the participant or volunteer registration information, as well as associated parent and order submitter contact information for the first Program/Season selected in the report criteria view above. In the example above, the results would contain participants who had registered for Soccer - Rec > Fall 2019 but not Soccer - Rec > Spring 2020. Mix different programs and seasons as needed for analysis.
