All uploaded Proof of Age/Birth certificate files are automatically removed from storage 180 days after the date of upload for general system/information security purposes.
Use the Proof of Age setting on profiles to indicate the age verification steps have been completed 180 days after files have been uploaded to avoid the need to recollect files each year.
