How do I Add Events to my Google or Apple Calendar?

Subscribe to all your team's events or just one team's schedule directly from the mobile app. Add events to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or any calendar app you choose.

You can subscribe to team and referee events directly from the OTTO Sport Mobile App and have them appear in your Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or any calendar you choose. There are two subscription options:

  • My Calendar - subscribe to events from all your active teams in one calendar

  • Team Calendar - subscribe to events from one specific team only

Both options generate a calendar URL that keeps your external calendar updated automatically. Events may take up to 24 hours to display or sync after subscribing.

Note: If you previously synced team or referee events using the old sync method, we recommend removing those calendars to avoid duplicate events:

Option 1: Subscribe to All Team Events (My Calendar)

Use this option to subscribe to events from all your active teams at once.

  1. Tap My Calendar from the bottom navigation, or tap View All in My Daily Events.

Good to Know

  • Events may take up to 24 hours to display or update on your calendar after subscribing.

  • Subscribing to a team calendar does not automatically subscribe you to other teams.

  • Your My Calendar subscription and individual Team Calendar subscriptions work independently; you can use one or both.

  • Once subscribed, your external calendar controls how often events are refreshed and displayed.

  • You will only see events you have permission to view based on your role and your team's visibility settings.
