In Participant Reg, navigate to the program and season you'd like to work in and click on Reg Mgmt/Rosters.
Reg Mgmt/Rosters houses a table that lists all of the program's registrants to date (top), as well as an area that displays the season structure (bottom left), and an area to manage your team rosters (bottom right).
The participant table across the top of the page provides the ability to "search" through the list of available registrants, as well as the ability to add as many filters as you wish using the Filter button.
Clicking the Print button provides a printer-friendly version of the table, or export the information as a PDF, CSV, or Excel file.
Administrators can configure the table to customize the data that is shown, as well as reorder the columns.
Note: Players whose registration status is changed to 'Inactive'—either within the season or on the registration order—are automatically removed from their team.
When marking players as Inactive via Participant Reg> Reg Mgmt/Rosters > Edit button, a pop-up will appear and show the count of players that were removed from their teams. If a player is dragged and dropped back onto the team, the player’s status would then need to be updated back to Active.
