These are the steps for creating a new account/household in the system that can be shared with your members to help guide them through the process:

Before starting this process, you will need to have an organization-specific registration link provided by your sports organization or club. Ensure you have obtained this link through official communication channels or directly from your organization's administrator.

1. Initial screen when your members click on the public registration link. Returning members will log in with their previously established credentials. New members will click "Create New Account".
2. The following fields are required when creating a new account, then click "Create New Account".
3. Once the account is created, and new members move past the welcome screen, they will enter their household information. The Household name will auto-populate as the last name of the person creating the account.
Troubleshooting Common Registration Issues
If you encounter issues during signup, verify that you are using the up-to-date registration link from your organization. Using incorrect or outdated links can block account creation. Contact your organization for assistance if needed.
