Users with the assignor role can now receive email notifications when new games are created or when games become available for assignment for their designated club, location, or season. A daily digest email notification is then sent to assignors outlining all games added between the time of the last digest email sent, with a prompt letting them know to log in to begin assigning games to referees. Follow the steps below to enable digest emails for assignors:
1. From the navigation, select Programs > choose your program and season > Scheduling > click on the edit button at the season level.
2. Select Permissions and switch both Allow Game Schedules to be accessible for Referee Assigning and Notify Assignors that Games can be Assigned to ON.
Note: The default setting for both of these configurations is set to OFF.
3. Click Save once complete. If any games have already been created, designated assignors will begin to receive emails and will continue to receive email digest notifications based on the assignor’s permission access to any designated club, location, or season.
