Admins can delete a household from their system if there are no current registrations/payments by navigating into the household and clicking the 'Delete Household' button.
βIf the household has any payments associated with an order, it cannot be deleted to ensure accurate, historical record-keeping.
If there is only an incomplete order in the household, that incomplete order can be deleted from the order page, and then the household can be deleted.
If there is an order in the household, but no payment has been applied, the balance on the order can be adjusted to $0 using the "manage unpaid payments" option on the order. Once the balance due on the order is $0, the registration status on the order can be edited to "deleted," and the household can then be deleted.
