To keep registration data clean and accurate, Site Admins can delete incomplete orders from the Members view —eliminating partial registrations that were never finalized. The steps to delete an incomplete order are:
From the navigation, select Members > Incomplete Orders.
2. Choose the household you want to delete the order for and click on the date of the order to go to the Order page for the Household.
3. On the order overview, click on the Delete Order button.
