User Admin: Seasonal grouping permissions

To create a user role with seasonal grouping permissions, from the navigation, select Settings > Permissions > Org Roles. Then you will find your list of roles. Click on Add New Role.



Select Seasonal Grouping Administrator from the Template Roles section.


Once here, give your role a name and begin to check off what rights you want this role to have. Remember that to manage is to alter/edit/add, and view is just to "See It" only.

The template automatically sets up certain rights. However, you can alter that. Giving more control or access to the user.

​When done checking off your selections, go to the bottom of the page, click Save Info & Permissions, and begin adding your users.
