To search for a member or a household, from the navigation, select Members.
Enter any number of search terms, and the system will look for all terms entered, prioritized by best match.
For instance, doing a search for "John Smith 415" would place results that contained John and Smith and 415 higher in the search results than a household that contained just "John" or "Smith" or "415".
You can load the entire list of households by clicking the "Search all Households" button.
4. Use the filter in the upper left-hand corner to search for specifics.
Note: Currently, to search for a phone number, you do need to use the standard format of (XXX) XXX-XXXX in order for the search to work. We are working to improve the search by phone process, but for now, please be sure to enter all phone numbers in this format when searching.
