If you have duplicate households, you can merge them:
From the navigation, select Settings > Data > Merge Data.
Select the Merge Duplicate Households option.
Enter the household name in the 'Household Search Terms' box and then click the Proceed to List button.
This will bring up the household list in two separate lists. You can merge up to two households at a time, so if there are three duplicate households, you'll merge the first two and then combine the freshly merged household with the third duplicate.
Search for and select the household on the left that you wish to merge.
Find and select the duplicate household from the list on the right and click continue. Note: You won't be able to select the same household on both the left and right side; different households need to be selected (they can have the same name).
Check off the surviving data fields you wish to maintain and click merge households.
Once the households are merged, all household members, orders, and registration data will be combined into one household with the data from the surviving fields for the household
Note: Once done, this action CANNOT be undone.
