Calculate exactly how much your program/season will distribute in discounts before ever sending out Discount Codes. Enter the maximum number of Discount Code uses you're willing to allow across all registrations for a particular season. The system will automatically track how many times the code is used on a seasonal registration form, and then will disable the code once it hits the maximum number accepted.
To use this feature:
Click on the Fees & Disc tab in your program.
Select the Add New Discount Item button.
Set the Discount Type to Form Input Discount.
Add a case-sensitive code that you will distribute to applicable registrants.
Set the maximum number of uses of this code for the season.
Click Save.
