The report spam feature works very well with the web interface (webmail.demosphere.com) - how can we accomplish the same when using Outlook to report spam? Is there an email address we can forward the message to that will accomplish the same thing?
That is a great question. There is the ability to also forward spam emails that you may receive in Outlook. Here are the steps you will need to follow in Outlook:
Select the spam message from the email list
Click on "Actions" from the top menu bar
Select "Forward as Attachment" from the "Actions" drop-down menu
A new message window will pop up and the spam email you selected will be attached to the message
Type in "spam@demosphere.com" in the TO: field
Click "Send"
