How Do Members View Household Orders/Registrations?

Members can easily access their full registration and order history, including payment details, under My Account. Share this guide with families who need help finding their past registrations or making a payment.

Your members can view all their previously submitted registrations and orders to see what they're registered for and make/update payment information.

The steps to access this information are:

  1. Log in to your registration portal for your organization. Select My Account.

  2. Click the Household tab under My Account.

  3. Click View Registration Order History under My Site Registrations
