Below, you'll find the necessary steps Household Administrators must take to complete a credit card payment:
1. The parents/player should log in via your club's site and select My Profile > Household tab.
2. Click on the View Registration Order History link.
3. Advise them to choose from the list of orders in the Orders By Date sidebar. Once the correct order is selected, click the blue "Edit Payment Info" button. If no payment is currently on file, members can click the green "Pay with CC" button to make a credit card payment (even if the member previously elected to pay by cash/check):
4. Add in credit card information. When dealing with installments, select Update Info for remaining Order Installments to retain your card’s information, or Apply Info only to THIS Payment to allow for a different card to make a payment in the future. You always have the option of updating your credit card information in the future as well.
