Do you have your waitlist ready? As soon as a player declines an invitation for an invite-only group, you'll receive an email notification letting you know there is an extra spot on the team/group so you can invite another player as soon as possible. When a player declines the invitation (either directly from the email or when they've logged into Participant Registration), an email will be sent to the email address you have listed under Settings > Registrations > Participant Reg > Registration Outgoing Email Address.
The email will appear as follows:
Subject: Notification of Declined Invitation
Body: This is an automated system email to notify you that <Player First Name> <Player Last Name> has declined the invitation to join the <Team Name> Team for the <Program Name> <Season Name> season. To view a list of invitations for this season, click here.
The link will redirect the Admin to the Season Structure.
Do I Get Notified When a Player Declines a Team Invitation?
When a player declines a team invitation, an automatic email notification is sent to your Registration Outgoing Email Address so you can quickly invite the next player on your list.
