From the navigation, select Reports > Registrations.
Choose Overdue Credit Card Payments.
Find the filter for Invoice Due Date is before, and change the date to today's date.
Click Run Report to see a report on who might be having trouble with their installments.
Most of the resulting households will just need to log back into their account and update their credit card on file to finish their payment.
