Moving teams across divisions when a schedule is already created

Is there a way to put teams in one division without changing any dates, times, matchups, fields and then I'll manually adjust opponents.

Yes, this is possible but please make sure you follow these steps. Feel free to call us if you have any questions. If you need the schedule in order to update the other schedule then please print a copy of the schedule and then delete the games. Games MUST be deleted for the division you're moving teams out of before you can start moving them into their new division. Go to their schedule by clicking LIST GAMES from the scheduling admin screen. Print the schedule. Then click the link that says Delete All Games and confirm that you want to delete them. After you delete the games please follow these steps:

1. From admin home go to Elements and then Season Structure Wizard.
2. Click on the season
3. Click on the division
4. Click the move arrow next to the three teams that need to be moved.
5. Select the new division the teams should be moved into.

Go back to Scheduling Administration. Click on the # of TEAMS for your division where the new teams were added and assign the new teams a letter and number. Click save and exit. Click on the # of games under LIST GAMES for the division. Click the link that says Add A Game to add the total number of new games. Manually modify these games with the new teams. As you add games they will show up in the standings.
