When the team building process has been completed within the registration module, you can import the teams/contacts/rosters into the scheduling module to begin scheduling games.
To import teams, follow these steps:
1. From Elements Admin, click the Season Structure Wizard:
2. Select the season to which you want to import teams:
3. Teams must be imported one division at a time. Select the division to which you want to import teams:
4. Click the link "Import teams from RosterPro:
5. Select the Registration season from which you will be selecting teams. Then select the respective grouping and check off ALL, or the select teams you wish to import. You will see an option to also import coaches, other volunteers and/or players. Choose the options that are desired, then click the Import button.
Repeat these steps for each division and then move on to the Scheduling Administration element to schedule your games.
