You can choose to hide games for certain divisions from the public if your schedule is already live. All you need to do is decide which divisions you want to hide from the public. Remember, the schedule is considered "live" by the system (if schedules public date is in the past and listed in the season structure wizard).
Log into your site and click on Elements
Click on Scheduling Administration
Choose your season
Click on Edit Division settings under the Setup column
Check off the boxes that say Hide Games for those divisions where schedules still need to be hidden. You will need to scroll all the way to the right on this page to see the option.
