Administrators may set the scorekeeping system to officially record a game score from a few different options: ADMIN (Referee/Scorekeeper) Only, ONE team reports, and BOTH teams report & agree. We recommend ONE team reporting to avoid the hassles of getting the last team to finally comply. In the rare case of error or adjustments needed, the administrator can always override any scores.
Follow these steps to turn on this feature:
From the admin home screen, go to Elements
Click on Season Structure Wizard
Select Edit All Settings
Change Score Reporting to 1 Team or 2 Team. If you only want administrators to enter scores, then leave it on Admin Only.
Save your changes.
If 1 Team is selected, then the first team to log in to their team page can enter the score for a completed game. If 2 Team is selected, then both teams need to log in to their team pages and update the score. The system will only publish scores if both teams enter the same score. If they don't, then the admin user needs to log in and update the correct score.
