'Volleyball Sets Score' Form Macro on Post-Game Reports

Full Admins, Schedulers, Directors, and Commissioners with permission can now easily record detailed volleyball scores right in the Post-Game Report. With the new “Volleyball Sets Score” macro field, you can enter both match and set scores after each game, making it easier to track results and performance throughout the season. This update helps keep your post-game reporting simple, consistent, and complete. Follow the steps below to add Volleyball Sets Score to Post-Game Reports:

Adding the Volleyball Set Scores to a Game Form Template

  1. From the navigation, select Settings > Forms & Docs > then select the Web Forms tab.

  2. Next, you can either edit an existing game template or create a new game template.

    • If editing an existing template, select the template name from the Template drop-down menu.

    • If creating a new template, click on the mini menu adjacent to the Template dropdown, then select Add New Template. Give the template a name and choose Games as the Form Type.

  3. Whether you are on an existing game template or a new game template, click on the mini menu in the section header and select Add Item. Within the Data Macros section, choose ‘Volleyball Sets Score.’

    Note: If editing an existing template, the general macro for Game Scores must be removed from the form before adding the Volleyball Sets Score macro. If the Game Score macro is on the form, the following error will display:



    To remove the Game Scores macros, hover over the field and click the delete button. ​


  4. Once the Volleyball Sets Score macro has been added, you can move the macro where you’d like it to appear in the section by hovering over the field and using the move arrow to place it where desired.

  5. All changes are saved automatically while you update the template.

Modifying and Adding the Volleyball Sets Score to the Post-Game Report

  1. From the navigation, select Programs > choose your program and season > then select Scheduling.

  2. Select the Forms tab, and the Post-Game Report will display.

    Note: Volleyball Sets Score can also be added to the Referee Game Report if needed. If you want to add to the Referee Game Report, simply choose that report from the Form menu and follow the steps outlined below.

  3. Click the mini menu in the section header, then select Add Item. Within the Data Macros section, choose ‘Volleyball Sets Score.’


  4. Once the Volleyball Sets Score macro has been added, you can move the macro where you’d like it to appear in the section by hovering over the field and using the move arrow to place it where desired.

  5. All changes are saved automatically while you update the Post-Game Report.

Tip: You can incorporate templates from the Form Templates section into your Post-Game Reports and Referee Game Reports. Just click on "Add Section" and select "Templated Sections & Items." Templates designated as “Game” form types will be available as options to add.

Submitting Post-Game Reports

Depending on the permissions you have set for who in your organization can submit the Post Game Reports, reports can be submitted at the conclusion of each match. Click the links below for a guide on how different roles submit Post-Game Reports.

Note: When entering the Match Score, only the numbers 0, 1, 2, and 3 are accepted in the Home Team/Away Team Match Score fields. Once the Match Score is entered, fields to input the Set Scores will display on the report.

Viewing Post-Game Reports

Admins can review and revise Post-Game Reports once they have been submitted. Click here for instructions on this process.

Note: Once scores are submitted, admin users can hover over the Match Score to review the Set Scores on the Game Schedules report (Admin Access Only) and on the Team Pages in the Game Schedules section.
