How to update referee information and other referee tools

Updated this week

Updating Referee Information

1. From the home page, select Referee Assignments from Specialty Tools, then click Referees. A list of referees within your organization will display on the screen.

2. Use the search box or sort/ column filters to locate the referees. Click Edit across from the referee's name to edit referee information.

Note: This view will limit you to updating the Referee’s Status, Rating Level, and any Custom Data.

3. Update the Registration Status to Active or Inactive or set their Referee Rating Level.

4. Once complete, click the Edit button

5. To update the referee’s name, photo, email, phone number, proof of birth, or DOB click on the referee’s linked name in the data grid to navigate to their profile.

Bulk update Referee Statuses

1. Navigate to the All Referees view under the Referee tab.

2. FIRST, locate the group of referees you wish to update by filtering or applying search criteria to the list of All Referees.

  • Note: Skipping this step will result in ALL Referees adopting a single status and is likely NOT desired.

3. Hover over the Status column and click the gear icon within the Status column header.

4. Define which Status you want all Referees in the data grid to have. The Status will only update based on the filtered list of Referees.

5. Select the new Status in the dropdown menu (Active or Inactive). Be sure to note the number of people this update will apply to before Saving.

Configuring Columns in the All Referees View

2. You can select to enable filtering or choose to show/hide certain columns as needed. This includes showing or hiding Referee Rating Levels and any Custom Referee Data.
