To begin, navigate to Members > Search, select the household or household member, then open the Orders tab. Locate the order by date and click Manage.
Change an Installment Date
To update a payment due date, click the Edit this Date button and use the calendar to select a new date for that installment.
For this example, since we are on the installment due on August 2nd, we’d be changing the date of this installment.
Change the Amount Due in an Installment
To adjust the amount due, click the fee line item and enter a new amount. The updated amount will appear in the Adjusted column for easy reference.
In the example below, the current amount due for each registration fee is $187.50; the admin has changed the new fee amount to be $100 for each fee. The adjusted amount is shown as -$87.50.
Add an optional Adjustment Note when changing the price of an item on the order. The note will appear on the order and in an order update email sent to the order submitter, but only for items where the price has been updated.
Add a New Installment to the Plan
Click New Installment Date and use the calendar to select a date, then click Save.
Enter the fee amounts due for the new installment and click Save.
In the example below, we've created a new installment scheduled on 11/2 with an amount due of $184.75.
Removing an Installment from a Plan
If you need to remove or cancel an installment payment, select the installment date you want to modify and change the associated fee amount(s) to zero. Once saved, that installment will be removed from the order.
Email Updates Sent to Order Submitter
When modifying installments, an email will be sent to the Order Submitter summarizing any changes made to an order. See the example email sent for an installment date change.
