We recommend a daily volume of 50 new emails per email account, assuming the domain you are using is already warmed up.

Domain warming is the process of methodically adding email volume to a new domain gradually, over several days or weeks. Gradually “warming” up the domain establishes a positive sending reputation with mailbox providers.

This number can be adjusted in the Scheduler in the New Prospects Engaged Per Day box. The number entered here represents the daily count of new prospects you will be contacting, excluding any follow-up emails included in your message sequence.

The recommendation of 50 emails per day applies when using a single domain. If you have multiple domains and want to engage with more than 50 new prospects per day, it is recommended to increase the daily volume and adjust the activity weighting among the selected email accounts.

To set this up, follow these steps:

  • Click on Campaigns

  • Go to Campaign Manager

  • Choose the desired campaign to edit

  • Access the Scheduler

  • Click on the Review & Edit button

In the Email Account Settings, the total number of emails (including initial emails and follow-ups) is regulated for each email account. We recommend setting the Max emails per day box to 500 emails per day. This value represents the maximum number of emails that can be sent daily, including follow-ups.

The average delay between emails can be adjusted in the email account settings. Our recommended delay between emails is 3 to 5 minutes.

Recommended daily sends for a new domain

To provide a more natural and human-like sending experience, we recommend adjusting the delay between emails to 3 minutes. This will create a longer pause between email transmissions. You can make this change in the Email Account Settings.

If you have a new domain that hasn't been warmed up, it is advisable to start with a lower daily sending volume, such as 10-20 emails per day. It is recommended to gradually increase the sending volume in the subsequent days to establish a positive sending reputation.
