Add your email account in Outbase and set general settings

To manage the sending and receiving of emails for your campaign/s, it's essential to add an email account within Outbase by adding the credentials of the email account you are using. You have the flexibility to add email accounts from different email providers. We provide the option to connect a Gmail account, a Microsoft account, or any other email provider's account through the use of SMTP.

After entering your credentials, you can adjust the General Settings on the right side of the page. This includes assigning the account, setting daily email limits, and adjusting send delays.

After configuring your email account settings, you can add a personalized signature and include a privacy policy and unsubscribe link.

Additionally, to check if your email account has been added correctly and is ready to start sending emails for your campaign, use the Send test email button in the top right of the screen:
