How to Add Email Signature in Outbase

Add your signature and add a Privacy Policy and Unsubscribe link to be fully compliant

After configuring your email account settings, you can include your personalized signature, privacy policy, and unsubscribe link.

To add your signature, follow these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to the Email Accounts section.

  2. Select the desired email account and click on Signature.

  3. Modify or create your signature using the available options.

  4. Once you're satisfied, click Save, and voila! Your signature will be instantly updated with the changes.

When setting up your signature, you'll have the option to select from a range of compliance statements. After choosing one, please remember to include your website's Privacy Policy link.

It's important to note that the unsubscribe link will be automatically inserted by our system.

The email signature is integrated into the email account setup. Consequently, the signature will automatically accompany your initial template when it is sent to prospects. By personalizing your signature, you can make a lasting impression while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
