From the Email Accounts menu, navigate to the Email Accounts Manager and click on the Connect Account button.

Choose the Sign in with Microsoft option.

You will then be redirected to Microsoft's login page, where you can log into your account using the email address you wish to connect with and the password associated with that email address (If you are already logged in, you can simply select your account).

Once you have successfully logged in, a pop-up will appear asking for your permission to grant Outbase's Permissions. Click Yes to proceed.

You will be redirected to Outbase, where you can click Next: Add signature to continue inserting your signature.

Once you have added your privacy policy statement, click the Save Changes button.
