When a prospect responds, and their message is synchronized within Outbase, they will no longer receive further emails and will be automatically placed in the Responder Exclusions list. This rule applies universally to all prospects whose responses are synchronized, regardless of their response category.

The only exception to this rule is when the response is classified as an "Out of Office" (OOO) response. In such cases, once the response is categorized as OOO, the prospect will continue to receive the appropriate follow-up emails for the message sequence.

You can also add their domain to the exclusion list, and no one from that company will be contacted in the future.

All exclusions are based on an organizational level, not on a campaign level.
