In the dynamic world of digital marketing, direct communication with prospects is a game-changer. Outbase is thrilled to introduce a new feature that embodies this philosophy: users can now access the phone numbers of prospects who have actively engaged with their campaigns. This innovation aims to enhance your marketing strategies by enabling more personalised connections.

When using the Outbase platform, it's helpful to know that not every prospect has an available phone number. When a prospect is imported into a campaign, the system checks whether that specific prospect has a number.

If the prospect has a phone number, you will see the option to "Reveal phone number". Revealing a phone number will deduct 3 credits from your credit balance.

Steps to find prospect's phone number

  1. Go to the Main Menu: Click on All Prospects.

  2. Select Prospects View: Navigate to the Prospects view.

  3. Click “Reveal phone number”: Find the prospect and click on the Reveal phone number option.

  4. Confirm the Reveal: Confirm your action.

If the system finds the number, it will be displayed for you. If not, there will be no charge.

Alternative Method: Using the Campaigns Manager

You can also reveal a phone number under a specific campaign:

  1. Go to the “Campaigns Manager”: Click on Campaigns Manager in the main menu.

  2. Select the Specific Campaign: Choose the campaign where your prospect is listed.

  3. Click on the “Prospects” tab: Navigate to the Prospects tab within that campaign.

  4. Click “Reveal phone number”: Find the prospect and click on the Reveal phone number option.

Follow these steps to reveal phone numbers easily and efficiently within your campaigns.
