When creating your Message Sequence, Outbase allows you to schedule as many emails as you wish.

To check the status of the stage for each prospect, head to the Prospects subtab from the navigation menu.

The Current stage column represents the number of emails sent to your Prospects. For example, if the current stage is 1, it means that the prospect has only received the initial email. If the current stage is 2, it means that the prospect has received the second email, which is a follow-up.

You can filter these stages by sorting them from the highest number to the lowest.
