Use Outgrow quizzes and calculators which are designed for conversion and engagement and push the leads you have collected to HubSpot using our Outgrow-HubSpot integration.
Here's what you will need to get started :
An Outgrow account (Freelancer plan do not includes Integration and Essential plan comes with limited integration which allows you to send only lead information to HubSpot, Business and Enterprise plans include loaded integration which allow mapping all fields from calculator or quiz to HubSpot fields.)
A valid HubSpot account with API access
A live Outgrow calculator or quiz
Steps
Follow two simple steps to start sending the leads you collect on Outgrow to HubSpot

Map fields and Test connection
Configure
To access this integration, navigate to the Builder > Configure on your Outgrow calculator or quiz. Click the Configure button on HubSpot Integration.
Enter the API key for your HubSpot account.
To get your HubSpot API key head over to your HubSpot account. Click on the Account Name at the top of the right hand side bar and select Integrations.
Navigate to HubSpot API key section in Integrations where you will find your API key.
Copy this API key and paste it on HubSpot Configure pop up on Outgrow.
Map fields and Test connection
For Freelancer and Essential plans
For Essentials or a Freelancer plan only lead generation fields from Outgrow will be mapped to the respective fields on HubSpot. All you need to do is to map fields and test connection between Outgrow and HubSpot. On clicking Test Connection a test record will be pushed to HubSpot's contacts.
For Business and Enterprise level plans
Business and Enterprise plans allow you to choose mapping between fields from both the apps. Set up integration by mapping Hubspot's fields with fields from your Outgrow calculator or quiz.
Once you are done mapping the fields, we will push a test lead to HubSpot with sample values. If connection and mapping are successful you will see this test lead in your HubSpot contacts.
If your connection is successful you will see Active Status on Hubspot which indicates that new leads on your calculator or quiz will be sent to HubSpot.
More actions
Click on the small dropdown on top of the HubSpot block to see more actions that can be performed on HubSpot integration after it has been set up.
Test - It is recommended to Test your integration after you have changed something on your calculator or quiz on Outgrow. A test record will appear on HubSpot if integration is done properly.
Sync- If due to some error in connection your leads from a calculator or quiz have not been sent to HubSpot then you can Sync the leads to your HubSpot account after re-configuring. All the leads which were not sent to your account will be sent to HubSpot when you sync. If for some reason, even after syncing you do not see your lead on your HubSpot account then reconfigure once and then Sync.
Deactivate - In case you don't want to send leads from a calculator or quiz to HubSpot, you can simply deactivate it.
Re-configure- In case your HubSpot credentials have changed or you want to connect Outgrow with a different HubSpot account then you will have to Reconfigure your HubSpot integration to continue getting Outgrow leads in your HubSpot account. If you have collected some leads on Outgrow but don't see them on Hubspot then you should definitely try to Reconfigure once to fix it yourself. Task History- This contains the list of all the leads sent to the third party app. The leads which are in queue to be synced will have status Waiting and those which have failed to sync due to some reason will be shown as Failed.
Important
For every Outgrow calculator or quiz you create you will have to activate or deactivate the integration from config section on the builder, in order to start or stop sending leads collected on Outgrow to HubSpot.
Any custom field added to HubSpot will automatically show up in the dropdown on mapping pop up. If your plan allows, you can easily map any value on Outgrow with any predefined or custom field on HubSpot. Just make sure the data type of the fields which you have mapped matches otherwise your integration will throw an error. All the fields in JSON sent from Outgrow are in text format ( String) so make sure the custom fields on Hubspot can accept data in text format.

Testing your Integration
When everything is setup we suggest you to test it out and make sure everything is working as you expect it. Publish your calculator or quiz, submit a lead on calculator or quiz, and check that the new lead shows up in HubSpot (it can take up to a couple minutes).
