Open up the OMS Hub (Web App) in your Google Chrome Browser.

*Note: for US-based users, the web address will be www1.oms-app.com. For UK-based users the web address will be www2.oms-app.com*

Type in the email associated with your account and click Continue.

Select the Forgot your password? option beneath the Log In button.

Enter your email address in the box provided and select Send me reset password instructions.

You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. *Be sure to check Spam/Junk folders.
