Resend the email invitation for users to create their OMS account.

If one of your Users is yet to log into the OMS Web App for the first time and create their password, you can resend the invitation email to that User to prompt them to do so.

*Note: this article is only applicable to OMS Admins. If you are not the Admin for your institution, you will not be able to re-send passwords to users.*

Open the OMS Web App on your Google Chrome browser.

Go to the Users tab and search for the User in question. Select Resend next to the User's name.

The user will receive another email prompting them to set up a password. These emails sometimes end up in the User's spam or junk folder, so have them check there if they do not receive the invitation.

You can resend the pending invitation email to all of your Learners. Use the "Resend all invitesl" button from the "Users" tab:
