Open the Oculus app on your computer.

Select Devices on the left hand side menu.

The Oculus headset that is connected to your computer will appear at the top of the Devices page.

Scroll down and select the Remote or Touch Controller(s) that you want to remove.

Remember to remove both the left and right Touch Controllers.

A side menu will appear. Select Remove to remove the device.
