Account types

Parent account

An account where documents can be created, secured, distributed and tracked.

The owner of this type of account can manage users, view and purchase subscriptions, as well as impersonate and share elements, including as templates and settings, to their Child account(s).

Child account

An account that sits beneath a parent account. Documents can be created, secured, distributed and tracked, and the parent can share elements down.

Child accounts are created by the account owner of a Parent account, however the account owner of a child account can manage its users. The account owner of the Parent account can impersonate and share elements, such as templates and settings, to a child account.

User Roles

Account Owner

Each account requires at least one Account Owner, which is the main contact for an account. For security, the account owner is required to authorise requests such as user changes or document copies. Account Owners can manage user access (for example, add/delete/edit users).

Full Access

This type of user can log into their PageTiger account to create, secure, distribute and track documents. Full Access users in the same account have the same access and can see and edit everything created in it.

Analytics Only

This type of user has limited access to PageTiger and can view the reporting data across an entire account or within a specific document folder.

TigerGenius User

This type of user has access to TigerGenius only, our easy-to-use wizard, designed to create and distribute bespoke digital documents. They can view the analytics for the documents they create, and depending on their permissions, distribute them using TigerMailer.
