How to change an Account Owner

What is an Account Owner?

An Account Owner has extra permissions within an account and is responsible for any users and subscriptions on the account.

When does an Account Owner need to change?

There may be times when the account owner of your account needs to be altered or updated, for example, due to staff changes or temporary leave.

For security, this change can only be made by our Support team, and the request must be sent from the Account Owner of your account.

Once the update has been made an email will be sent to the new Account Owner confirming the change.
