All versions are saved into a document, and there may be times that you need to change this. For example, a version may have been added to a new or incorrect document in error, or you may want to move a version into it's own document so you can apply different document settings.
How to move a version to another document
Navigate to the Document Management page for your version.
Select Documents from the main menu followed by ‘Search’.
Select ‘Manage’ for the document.
Select ‘Manage Version’ for the version you would like to duplicate.
Select ‘Version Settings’ from the list of options available.
Choose the folder and document that you would like your version to be moved to.
Select the 'Save' button.
💡 The version name can be changed here too.
Once saved, your version will be moved and will now be saved into the document that has been selected.
💡 To move a version to a entirely new document, create one first from the main menu under Documents > Create.
