Fully Editable: Replace Colours
Updated over a week ago

Replace the colours in a Fully Editable document in a matter of clicks! This feature is compatible with all Fully Editable documents, including public templates, those you create and any shared with your account.

This feature allows you to quickly apply your own colours and branding in a Fully Editable document.

How to navigate to Replace Colours

  • Navigate to a Fully Editable document and open the design.

  • Select the second icon from the left-hand menu, followed by ‘Replace Colours'.

How to Replace Colours

Once selected, the 'Replace Colours' pop-up box will display:

1. Target Colour

All of the colours currently in use in the document will display here.

  • Select the colour that you would like to replace.

2. Replacement Colour

All of the colours available from your Branding and our ‘colour picker’ can be selected from here.

  • Choose the colour that you would like to use as the replacement.

3. Document Elements

All of the elements of a document that use a colour will display here - for example, fonts, icons and backgrounds.

  • Tick which element(s) you wish to change the colour for.

💡 Example

Select the 'Headline Fonts' checkbox to replace the colour of headlines only.

4. Apply To

Two options are available here and you choose which page(s) to apply the changes to.

  • Select 'All Pages' to apply the changes to every page in the document.

  • Select 'Current Page' to apply the changes to the page that you are currently on.

This tool will permanently alter your design by replacing colours throughout the documents - please take care when making your selections, as this is a one way process and cannot be undone once applied.
