On PALIDIN Desktop, if you are receiving the "AssureID Document Library could not be found" error message, you may need to reinstall AssureID Sentinel and the AssureID Document Library.
To successfully reinstall the AssureID Sentinel, you will first need to uninstall the Document Library.
Uninstall the Document Library with Revo Uninstaller:
Download and install Revo Uninstaller (free version) using this link: Revo Uninstaller Download.
Open Revo Uninstaller, locate the AssureID Document Library program, and select Uninstall.
When prompted, uncheck the box for creating a System Restore Point and click Continue.
Keep the scan mode set to Moderate, then click Scan.
Click Select All, then Delete, and confirm by clicking Yes. Repeat this process twice to fully uninstall the Document Library.
Reinstall the Sentinel and the Document Library:
Download the latest Sentinel and Document Library from the article titled Downloading the AssureID Programs Manually.
Install the Sentinel: Right-click on the downloaded Sentinel file and choose Run as Administrator.
After the Sentinel is installed, install the Document Library by running it as Administrator.
With both programs installed, right-click on the PALIDIN software and select Run as Administrator.
The PALIDIN software should now launch properly with the Sentinel and Document Library installed.
