Collecting Verbose and PALIDIN Logs

How to collect Verbose and PALIDIN Desktop Logs for troubleshooting issues.

Enable Verbose Logs:

  1. Open System Tray> right click Acuant A> click AssureID Settings> check Verbose Details> click Apply then OK

  2. Let the system run for a couple of days (or until the issue occurs again)

  3. Click the Logs button to be redirected to the Logs folder.

  4. Grab the newest 4-5 verbose log files and send to support

Collect PALIDIN Desktop Logs:

  1. PALIDIN logs found here: C:\ProgramData\PALIDIN\Logs
