A blurry or out-of-focus image prevents the system from authenticating your document correctly.
If the PALIDIN WebID app tells you the document image you captured is blurry, follow these steps to prevent blurriness and make sure you capture a sharp and high-resolution image of your document:
Clean the camera lens on your device
Clean the document of any dust/dirt/grime
Remove the case from your phone as it may sometimes create a shadow effect on the device
All users should center the document in the frame and ensure it covers 85-90% of the available space in the phone screen.
While capturing the document image, hold the device as steadily as possible and allow the camera to focus (you can tap the screen to force the camera to focus) before clicking the white button to capture the picture. While capturing the document image, hold the device as steadily as possible and allow the camera to focus (you can tap the screen to force the camera to focus) before clicking the white button to capture the picture.
