How to add money to your Pana Account from Citibank

You can fund your Pana account by transferring money from your Citibank account using a domestic ACH bank transfer.

✅ What You Need

  • A Pana with a U.S. Routing Number and Account Number

  • An active Citibank account with online or mobile banking access

  • Matching names on both accounts (recommended)

Open the Pana app → Add MoneyBank transfer

🔄 How to Link Your Pana Account in Citibank

  1. Log in to your Citibank Online Banking or open the Citi Mobile® App

  2. Go to Payments & TransfersExternal Accounts

  3. Select Add an External Account

  4. Enter your Pana account information:

    • Account holder name (must match your Pana profile)

    • Routing number

    • Account number

    • Account type: Checking

  5. Citibank may send two small test deposits

  6. After 1–2 business days, return to verify the amounts and complete the linking process

💵 How to Transfer Funds

Once your Pana account is linked:

  1. Go to Payments & Transfers > Transfer Between My Accounts

  2. Select your Citibank account as the source

  3. Choose your Pana account as the destination

  4. Enter the amount and submit the transfer

⏱️ How Long Does It Take?

  • ACH transfers from Citibank usually take 1–3 business days

  • You’ll receive a notification in your Pana app once the funds arrive
