Please note: These features are already included in your plan, so you don't need to make any additional changes to your plan or enable them through your account portal.
The final step is simply to ensure that the corresponding features are enabled in your phone's cellular settings.
Wi-Fi Calling is included as a basic feature regardless of your plan. However, International Data Roaming (OnePool) is currently available only on the following plans:
Regular Panda Mobile Plans: Unlimited and Unlimited Plus.
Panda Mobile Student Plans: Student Unlimited and Student Ultimate.
If you're subscribed to one of these eligible plans, you just need to make sure that Cellular Data Roaming is enabled in your phone's settings to use the service while abroad.
Enable Data Roaming:
iPhone: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Turn on "Data Roaming"
Android: Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Turn on "Data Roaming"
Enable WiFi Calling:
iPhone: Settings > Phone > WiFi Calling > Turn on "WiFi Calling"
Android: Settings > Connections > WiFi Calling > Turn on "WiFi Calling"
When you first enable WiFi Calling, the system may ask you to enter an emergency address—just follow the prompts to complete.
